Lakehead Schools PeerConnect app for iPhone and iPad

Lakehead Schools PeerConnect contains newsfeed, resource, and event tabs with posts relating to school events, news, and education issues, specifically as they relate to mental health, wellness, school culture, and belonging. Modern high school students, especially those new to the region or country, face increased instances of isolation, culture shock, loneliness, and depression, but Lakehead Schools provides several supports to help ease the transition.

Both students and the general public are encouraged to download the app to keep up-to-date with resources and news concerning these issues, as well as volunteer and programming opportunities, tutoring opportunities, sports events, and more at Lakehead Schools (Thunder Bay, Ontario).
